Shipping:

Orders are prepared and dispatched Monday to Friday. should any items be unavailable, the shipping time may be modified. Availability delays will be communicated. 

Delivery time is estimated according to the shipping option. We offer 3 delivery options for all orders:

- First Class $5 (5 days)

- Priority $10 (2 days)

- Express $38 (1 day)

We do not take responsibility once the order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Returns: 

If the purchase made does not meet your expectation, you can return it for a refund within 15 days from the shipping day of your order. FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. The final sales products will be indicated on the website.

The items need to be in their original condition and with their label attached. Upon receipt of the return, Jolie Labels reserves the right to deny a return if the item does not meet the return policy requirements. 

Return Fee: A $5 Shipping and handling cost fee will be deducted from your full refund. 

Return Procedure: a return form need to be filled, once the return is authorised you will receive by e-mail a return label. Please note: The returns need to be shipped within 7 days upon the return approval.
